The pendulum is an excellent tool to use to work out whatever food, herbs or natural medicines are most effective for you at this stage of your recovery and even more importantly, the correct dosages of those for you right now.
You need to prioritize what you are doing for this stage of your recovery, because taking too many things at once can confuse your body and make what you are doing ineffective. It’s a bit like doctor shopping – hazardous to your health! 🙂
Here are two videos that show you simply how to use a pendulum to figure out what to use, to work out the dosages AND, very importantly, to figure out how to get the best out of what you are taking / eating.
For example – copper is an excellent tool for arthritis sufferers, but if you are generally mineral deficient, then the copper may be unable to be utilized by your body. So in this example, working out what is needed to help your body to utilize the copper is the difference between the copper working and not working. Does that make sense?
