The way she works with you is light-years ahead of the traditional riding instruction!

The riding seat lessons I have done so far have made a HUGE difference and it is so easy! I just HAD to try it on one of my horses and it was incredible. I have never felt so secure in the saddle… I realized I had been leaning back some and it was so easy to be straight because then I felt my core engage itself. It is almost like a buzzer that reminds me instantly if I’m not in the right position, whereas previously I could ride the whole ride and not notice. Thanks so much for this program.

Without practising or even thinking about it, the riding position has become automatic – kind of cool, as most things I have to repeat, work hard at to finally get results and learn, before it becomes a habit.

I have to tell you that these lessons have transformed me! I haven’t even got on a horse yet but I am walking straighter and taller than ever, I can breathe better and feel the best I have in years. I would happily be a testimonial for your methods and course to anyone.

We just had a wonderful ride, we were as one, it was wonderful. Trotted, even cantered, laughed and had fun looking at new things. At one point he stopped to ‘lookie lookie’ and I just let him, sat there scratching his withers, then he moved on towards the ‘monster’ ……and just walked past it. I was aware all the time of my posture, his movements, our respective tensions, my breathing/releasing…..it all worked!

I find her capabilities and method of teaching/guiding to be well beyond what we normally encounter in the horse world. And, I love the way she works with people, not from a ‘my way is the way, so follow me’ attitude, but through an open and exploratory approach which suits each individual at whatever level they may be and with whatever issue they may need assistance addressing, whether it be in riding, communicating with a horse, doing healing work on a horse, helping to resolve an issue with the herd, or whatever. Glad you brought Jenny to my attention through the Horseconscious website – you’ve provided a great resource and I’m definitely looking forward to working further with her.

In the short time I have been doing Jenny’s course, I have found it very practical and clear to follow yet profound.

It was somewhat of an epiphany for me to be able to feel energetically when I was in my correctly balanced riding position. I mean, for as long as I have done energy work myself, it had never occurred to me to bring that awareness into my riding. Very cool. It feels very solid and grounded now.
Michelle experienced some major healing as she released fright imprints from old falls and injurie. She said:
Releasing the fright imprints has been interesting to say the least! Painful to say more!! Lol
I have done this a couple of times now with different falls and got different releases.
The most painful was an injury to my ribs and vertebrae on my left side. I got dumped onto a stump on the side of a bush track that time. Releasing the events of that fall brought all that pain back BIG SPEED! It tends to come and go now. So not all out yet.
After doing this Mon morning, I had to do grocery shopping (yay not!). I practiced my posture while using the trolley and found it useful. Part way around, I had this feeling of lightheadedness (?) word? Almost euphoric feeling. Then became aware of NO pain anywhere. Once I got home again though, boy was I exhausted! I had to have a sit and rest and just let my body relax for about half an hour.
I understand this and the previous lesson need to be done lots of times. I thought of a different fall yesterday and got completely different releases, tensions etc. Pain in my left foot and hip (did crack the hip in the fall). Then tension on inner calf for ages, like gripping the horse. Yep did that too at the time to stop falling off! Later I noticed all that tension had gone. My hip niggles a bit these days (a bit of arthritis in it now) but not much and not long. Comes and goes.
So it will be interesting to see what the chair exercise does for my leaning forward problem. I expect it will be a laugh too!
Enrol now to find your magnetic riding seat and experience how that will lead you to better health in your older age too. I’ve been told it’s the best money ever spent on riding lessons. 🙂

Private Sessions
Double World Champion in western reining, Kristine Nesbitt was already a brilliant rider when she had her Private Lesson with Jenny – her in Texas and Jenny in Australia. She found a new perfection in her riding seat that helped her phenomenally with training a specially difficult horse and said in an interview:
“I just felt great…I don’t have that little thing holding me back…That old thing that just kept saying you’re not enough, you’re not enough is just gone. That tight spot in my shoulder had come up a couple of months ago and I had tried a bunch of different stuff to get rid of it and now … it’s gone!
If you KNOW you have major emotional stresses or physical problems that are going to want more specific and personal attention or fright imprints that are more like PTSD than just the tension from a fall or falls, then check out the bundling of Private Sessions to add to your Foundation program here.
