Even as I update this page for the recording, I am still reeling and in awe of what happened this morning. Far out…
Maude is already experiencing the repercussions of that dramatic release that she experienced in the seminar. She wrote the next day and said “I have been walking around work today with a BIG grin on my face and lots of happiness bubbling away inside. I’ve also had some positive clarity about (a difficult relationship issue) so moving on is getting easier.” I suspect she’ll have many more breakthroughs in all sorts of areas in her life that will come from that release that you’re about to listen to.
And I’ve been getting feedback during the week from people experiencing changes in their pain from the recording (which is quite common in our work here).

How the heck do we stop resisting something that hurts so much? And how does that help us get rid of it?
We start by understanding it…
I made some pretty big claims when I was talking about this seminar, so let’s see how true they are. Not everyone in pain might actually have fun today, but I reckon by the end of this session you’re all going to experience some change and know that enjoying yourself while solving even the deep and meaningful and painful stuff, is absolutely possible AND we’re going to get you started on that wonderful possibility.
And THAT folks, is another “Holy Shit is That Really True?” moment, because if it is, that could change EVERYthing about feeling crappy hey?
Bear with me, while I draw all the threads together…
I got one of the biggest lessons in this interesting fact about pain a long time ago now. I had a client come to me on a walking frame, shuffling slowly from the the car to my healing room. We got good progress in her first session treating her degenerative muscle condition and she walked out without using the frame, with both of us feeling quite pleased with ourselves.
When she booked the second session, she was telling me how excited she was to be back out walking in the paddocks with her much loved cows, even doing some of the work. In that second session she was complaining of pain, so that’s what we worked on.
Come time for the third session, I watched, shocked as she got out of the car, that she was back on a walking frame and shuffling very slowly. “What the heck happened here?” I asked. “You were doing so well?”
“I don’t know” she replied. “I haven’t got any pain but I just can’t move properly.”
Hmmm I guess it’s not rocket science when I tell it like this in hindsight. When we worked on the pain by itself, with the intention of eliminating the pain, we DID eliminate the pain, but we also missed the message of it. And by missing the MESSAGE of the pain – what the pain was trying to tell her – then we missed the healing possibilities. In this case, she stopped healing and went backwards.
So we came at the healing from the “whole-istic” way I should have done it in the first place and she walked out again at the end of the session.
Pain is just a message. We don’t want the pain, but most importantly, we don’t want to miss the message either.
When we figure out what the message of that pain IS, like all our other feelings when we understand them and take any action needed, pain disappears too.
Hmmm… for new people here, I’d better call more attention to that very big concept. When we understand the message in any of our crappy Feelings – whether that’s pain or anxiety or worrying or any other emotions – pffft! they just disappear. And yes it IS that simple. Hang around here long enough and you’ll see it happening reliably over and over and over again.
We’re going to give you some ways to come out of that of that overwhelm, both on the seminar today and to follow up with at home, but first let’s talk about how we got here, in pain, in the first place.
Usually, by the time we’re experiencing pain, we’ve missed the opportunity in the earlier messages, in the earlier warning signal that something is Not Quite Right.
Our early warning signal that something is Not Quite Right is experienced by all of us uniquely with our own natural talents in the five basic ways of feeling.
When Physical Feel is our natural talent and part of our unique way of feeling our inner guidance system, Not Quite Right can start with shallow or slightly restricted breathing, feeling physical tension in our bodies or a slight “offness” or discomfort in the way we’re moving. The overwhelm gets more intense, our posture gets really crappy and it goes all the way to physical symptoms of organ distress and significant pain.
When Mental Feel is our natural talent and part of our unique way of feeling our inner guidance system, Not Quite Right can be expressed as a repetitive thought or something being repeatedly drawn to our attention. Overwhelm can be things like a mind that won’t shut up, worrying, a catastrophic imagination.
When Energy Feel is part of our natural talent for Feeling our inner guidance system, Not Quite Right can be a feeling a bit “flat”, blocked, or stuck, with overwhelm showing up in the extreme as exhaustion with no energy at all and even explosive energy.
When Heart Feel is part of our natural talent for Feeling our inner guidance system, Not Quite Right can be simple as noticing ourselves blaming or judging someone. Overwhelm shows up as anguish and despair. remind me to ask Caroline about this one because it wasn’t my natural talent! 🙂
When Emotional Feel is part of our natural talent, then Not Quite Right can show up as mild emotions. Overwhelm show up with those emotions more intensely – outright fear, chronic anxiety, terror, dread, frustration, rage and a whole heap of others.
There’s so much to know about all the other ways that each of us as individuals can experience that early warning signal that something is Not Quite Right and so many ways that that overwhelm can show up. If you want to know how to find inner peace and happiness reliably, if you would like to understand how to use that early warning signal rather than going into overwhelm or disconnection or numbness, then have I got a treat for you!

This is SUCH a big deal. I see it over and over again,
In the perfectly normal, natural way that each of us experiences our connection to others, when Physical Feel is one of our natural talents for feeling our connection to our inner selves and to others, we can experience OTHER people’s pain – sometimes as vividly and intensely as our own. I can just about guarantee you that if you’re suffering from on-going or chronic pain, that it’s not going to be all yours.
And I don’t care if there’s an old injury here, or some physical reason for the pain you’re experiencing, I’m STILL willing to bet you it’s not all your pain and that you can at least reduce it by understanding whose pain it is (or was) and what you need to know or do for or about them.
Clearing the overwhelm makes it possible to notice the EARLIER warning signal that something is Not Quite Right and to take action at that stage, before the pain intensifies.
I get that this is going to be a big concept for those of you new to this concept – you’ll get the chance to experience it yourself during the seminar.

Reiki healing meditation.
Did you know WHY our Quiet Mind exercises can release so much pain? And that’s even BEFORE the reiki healing starts? It’s because stress causes tension that causes muscles to spasm over the top of nerves, causing spinal bones to be stiffened and pulled out of place (more nerves affected and increase in pain) and joints to act in ways that are not optimal for good movement – more nerves are affected as our bodies try to grow replacement bone and inflammation sent to the affected joints to stabilize and bring healing, also brings more nerves affected and more pain. Each of our spinal bones is directly linked to and communicates with an organ – the linkage of all the parts of our body to all the other parts is both well documented and experienced here, over and over again.
In our Quiet Mind, when we set our intention to understand the stress and whatever else that’s BEHIND this pain, we can reverse that whole sequence of events.

Why is this so?
We are all connected. The same life force in me is the same life force in you is the same life force in our animals is the same life force in that tree and in the earth herself. You can call that life force whatever you like, it’s the same in each of us.
So how does that help us to help others?
Through that connection with others, and with our unique natural talent for all the ways that we Feel our inner guidance system, we often feel OTHERS – we feel THEIR pain, THEIR upsets and THEIR distress too, when there’s something for us to know or do about it. Here’s the big deal – it’s OUR inner guidance system – there’s something FOR US to know or do.
When we pay attention to those feelings, when we ask ourselves the magic questions and get the message/s of our feelings, when we find our own inner peace around our own inner guidance, then we’ll understand the most effective way to support this other person.
This state of being is often called Holding Space.
You heard that happening over and over again on the seminar. That’s why I’m so good at what I do when I’m working like this. I get the messages of whatever comes up in my own self, in my own inner guidance system, do whatever my guidance tells me to do with it (which is not always about opening my mouth), I find my inner peace and I am doing the ultimate Holding Space for them – and for all of you on the call at the same time.
One of the reason the energy of these calls is so amazing is because you have a whole bunch of what I consider Masters at this work, all working in the same incredibly powerful Holding Space way.
