Under construction…………….So let’s check out this limiting beliefs thing for yourself and find any limiting beliefs that are subbconsciously acting like a brick wall in the way of reaching a goal or dream, or something that’s blocking your ability to change the small and the big things that you care about and create a better life or a better world.
This is another quickie little exercise to slowwww… down and do while you’re reading.
Paying gentle attention to your outward breath and the way that the lower part of your ribs moves as you breathe out.
And another breath.
And another breath. You can feel the change in your body as you do this hey? (And if you don’t feel it yet, bring that tension into a live event and we’ll help you with it lol!)
Smile a little and allow the smile to soften your eyes and for a another breath notice what changes as you smile a little.
And another breath
And another breath.
Still smiling a little, think about something that you care about, a dream that you have or a goal and decide to notice the REAL Truth about your ability to reach that goal or influence that thing that you care about. And then get on with your day, knowing that the REAL Truth – YOUR Truth – will reveal itself perfectly in the perfect time.
