Here’s that struggling diagram again. There’s that big change place – the thing that has to change in order for us to achieve what it is that we care about.
When we’re stuck in unresolved fear, frustration, guilt, shame and other crappy feeling emotions, then we’re struggling – going round and round in circles not creating what we want.
When Emotional Feel is part of our natural talent, we can use our emotions to move through that change place easily as we create or change something that we care about.
Is that really true, that the stuckness of our emotions, that the stuckness of fear, anger, frustration, sadness, shame, guilt, jealousy, envy and more, is stopping us from joyfully creating what we want or changing what we care deeply about?
Is it really true that fear, anger, frustration, sadness, shame, guilt, jealousy, envy and more are actually our guidance to achieve the whatever it is that we care deeply about? And that when we understand what those emotions are telling us, “pffft” they disappear that fast?
