A common message from the people who have gone into super expanded consciousness, found bliss and even healed dramatically, is to “live life fearlessly”.
Live… life… fearlessly…
That doesn’t mean pushing down, suppressing and ignoring your fear either. Ignoring your fear not only has you ignoring your inner guidance system, it intensifies the fear next time and makes it worse. Living life fearlessly means living life with the awareness and understanding and action that MAKES it fearless.
We’ve been told so much stuff about “this is good for you”, when that information turned out to be wrong, misguided or was even deliberately steering us towards someone else’s vested interests. We got told that all kinds of things were bad for us and that information turned out not to be true or not true for everyone. We’ve been lied to that some things won’t cause cancer and in other cases, we’ve been told that some things will.
And all that “information” caused fear that is in itself causing us all kinds of problems.
We’ve been living in fear about stuff that should just be information that flows naturally from our own Inner Awareness.
And finding that Inner Awareness of what is good for us, is what we’re going to be working on in today’s Quiet Mind.
Here’s a quick bit of info about our Quiet Mind work.
A Quiet Mind is an alpha brain state where you can access your Inner Guidance system more easily, to find out what’s right for YOU, what your Truth is, what your understanding is – about anything. Einstein told us that he was in this mental state for all his big discoveries. It’s a “whole of being” place of incredible power and healing and as you can see from Einstein’s example – practical results as well. We even have a program we called The Einstein Factor because of the possibilities inherent in this “whole of being” place.  🙂
One or more of the ways that I talk you through dropping into your Quiet Mind will work for you better than others and eventually you’ll be able to use that way, to just feel inside yourself and drop into that state pretty much instantly, where you’re very aware of your Inner Guidance system and your awareness just flows. That will come from practice, the more Quiet Minds you do.
There’s different levels of a Quiet Mind too – from a light awareness of our body, all the way to a deep meditation that will knock your socks off. Whatever happens in the moment is perfect for this moment.
Before we set ourselves up for our Quiet Mind for today, we want to make sure that what we’d like to do in this Quiet Mind feels good to YOU. It’s no good manifesting something that doesn’t feel good hey, because that would set us up for struggling from the beginning wouldn’t it?
So, have a Feel into this question… Does it feel good to think about setting yourself up to notice what foods, and food herbs and food spices feel good for you, what’s going to fill you with more and more vitality and general well being, what’s going to contribute to your body’s ability to heal?
If that DOESN’T feel good, then either put your hand up at the next Live Event or join us in a clinic and just enjoy the relaxation of breathing like this.

WRITTEN VERSION OF THE QUIET MIND
We start with a commitment to be gentle with ourselves.
Today’s Quiet Mind is about being able to  feel into food and food herbs and spices and feel what’s good for us effortlessly – to get the messages from our body effortlessly.   This quiet mind is the beginning of increasing that awareness.
Take your attention to your outward breath …Â and the way that the lower part of your ribs move inwards as you breathe out…
And the way that the lower part of your ribs just squashes out that last bit of air from your lungs.
Notice that there’s a pause coming at the bottom of your breath, where for a moment you don’t need to breathe at all. Don’t try to make that happen, just notice that tiny little pause and how it gets longer and longer and how good that feels.
Now, listen for your heartbeat. And if you can’t quite feel that, then just imagine that you can.
If energy is your thing, Feel for any energy moving around your body, feel the tingles in your hands and feet, ripples of energy, allow those ripples of energy to flow through your feet into the ground if you need to.
Allow any thoughts and ideas and emotions to flow, noticing everything about them, no matter how negative you think they are, there’s gold at the bottom of them. Be aware of any pattern to them – maybe a stream of thoughts about different things will bring up an emotion, or there’s a common theme to the thoughts If thoughts and ideas or emotions are your thing, just observe them and allow them to flow, knowing that there’s an enormous opportunity for understanding here.
Allow your attention to wander over your body being aware of what ALL of your body feels like.
Keeping your gentle awareness on how the inside of your body feels, “I decide to notice what foods, food herbs and spices feel good to me, which ones are going to contribute to my body’s healing and fill me with more and more general well being and vitality.
Smiling gently and allowing that smile to flow through to your eyes…

Soak up any feelings of relaxation and feeling good, because that soaking up and appreciation is a major key in the manifesting process.
