Enjoying the journey of creation
Gosh I’m not sure what to say about this incredible first week of the clinic. Some people can pack up and go home they’ve so thoroughly reached their goal (just kidding about the going home thing) and some are wondering how they can get some of what those people got. Do your fake smile and ” Is it true?” homework – and you WILL get your own unique version of what those people got.

This clinic is about learning how to enjoy the journey of creation and using that knowledge to get rid of the crappy feelings and problems that you’ve come into the clinic to solve.
But before we start, we’re going to do a short Quiet Mind on our learning ability. Gosh I see it all the time, people who think they’re not good learners, just because they learn differently from the ways we were taught traditionally in schools. Or who developed what I call a brain skip, where the brain skips a neuron or a brain pathway got blocked with a trauma. All that is changeable. Your responsibility is to turn up and tell me if you don’t understand something, because I’m not dragging you up the bloody hill. But MY responsibility as a “teacher” is to find another way and another way and another way and I will…
So let’s do a brief Quiet Mind on relaxing into what might be some new stuff, knowing that I’m going to be constantly getting you to to look for YOUR OWN Truth.
We’re going to start at the beginning – with what we’re creating, with what we’re bringing to the clinic. With that in mind, here’s a diagram explaining the process of creation that some of you have seen before, but I’m going to explain it differently. For those on phone I’ll describe it, PLUS you’re going to see it in your emails as well.
So here’s the thing – the back ache I experienced pooper scooping in the hay yard yesterday afternoon – that isn’t the thing that has to change on that creation / manifesting diagram – the back ache was my PHYSICAL FEEL at work, telling me that something else had to change – in fact, it was SCREAMING at me that something had to change. And when I paused and listened for that, pfft the back pain just disappeared.
The anxiety that some of you experience so debilitatingly, isn’t the thing that has to change – the anxiety is the EMOTIONAL FEEL of your inner guidance system TELLING you something has to change. The panic attacks are SCREAMING at you about something that has to change. The guilt, the frustration and the anger are the same – all of it is the EMOTIONAL FEEL of our Inner Guidance system telling us that something wants changing.
The flashbacks of PTSD, the negative thoughts and the worrying yourself almost to death, they aren’t the things that have to change – they are your MENTAL FEEL at work, trying to tell you WHAT to change. The bigger and scarier the flashbacks, the bigger the worries – the more it’s our inner self SCREAMING at us that something has to change.
The numbness, exhaustion and deep sadness of depression isn’t the thing that has to change – what it’s TELLING us, is what has to change.
So all these things that we’ve thought of as the thing we have to fix, are our actual FEEL at work.
I can hear some of you already saying well you want your Feel to bugger off then and stop making your life a misery.
Well that’s the thing – IT DOES – the second that we listen and understand what it’s trying to tell us. And for those of you who haven’t worked with me before you’re in for a treat when you experience how FAST the crap drops away when we get the message.
And perhaps even more important – what is it that has to change?
When we stop fighting THE MESSAGE, then the answer to “what is it that has to change?” comes sooo much easier. In fact the whole process of getting the message goes from that big aches and pains and big tension, big fears, big anxieties, big worries – all the BIIIGGG stuff, to a much more subtle, smiley feeling inner guidance. And that’s not to say you won’t still have your crappy moments, but mastering your Inner Guidance system means the crappy moments will be short lived and you’ll know what to do about them.
In fact, you’re going to hear me saying over and over again as I work with people – it’s not the ANSWER to “what’s the message, what has to change?” that is the most important thing, it’s our open-ness, our curiosity, our willingness our comfortable-ness with the message itself that transforms our lives and makes the journey of life sooo much easier and more enjoyable. And then the answer just flows easily in the perfect time.
Here’s the thing though – am I talking crap or is this true? Because you need to know this FOR YOURSELF.
So let’s see if this is true or not
And THAT folks brings me to the subject of this clinic – getting the truth of that – whatever it is – all the way to your bones, so you have a foundation underneath you that will serve you no matter what’s going on around you.. So that’s why you’ve been getting the emails about your super feeling good goal for the clinic, so we can all create something with light heartedness, with inspiration, with fun, get a Comfort Zone around using your Feel and see for yourself how all that other stuff really does just vanish as we get to KNOW the truth of this Inner Guidance stuff all the way to our bones.
See… Instead of focusing on problems, what I’d like to do in this clinic is come at this creating good stuff in our lives from a light hearted, smiley feeling direction, so we can see how our Feel can work in practice and we can ENJOY getting to know our Feel in action around something that makes us feel all smiley inside.
Just pause for a moment and have a Feel into that. “So we can ENJOY our Feel in action” instead of being overwhelmed by it, so we can ENJOY the journey to whatever that something is, that makes us feel all smiley inside.
Quiet Mind and talk to people.
So we’re going to start this clinic journey with a Quiet Mind around finding a Comfort Zone with a light hearted feel good goal for the clinic – something that when you think about doing it or having it or experiencing it, makes you feel all smiley inside. It may be the goal that you came up with in our emails, you might change it a little, you might change it a lot.
One or more of these ways of feeling will be more noticeable and one of these ways of dropping into a Quiet Mind will be easier for you than others, so just flow with what YOU feel, what YOU notice.
