The Einstein Factor – not a horse clinic

The Einstein Factor is an expansive, problem solving state that enables us to find solutions even to what seems like insoluble problems. For example “How do I solve this problem / find a way forward / make money for my organisation, in a way that fits with my values?”

Rather than waiting for inspiration to strike randomly, or not at all, the Einstein Factor enables us to answer questions like that by accessing an inspired, solution oriented, creative thinking state whenever we need to, .

I meet so many people who want the same thing as I do. I REALLY wanted the comfort of knowing that everything REALLY does happen for a reason, but couldn’t explain the really horrendous things that are happening in our world. I still find it difficult to articulate that, but I routinely facilitate people to find those answers for themselves. I REALLY wanted to see the divine influence on what seemed like a terrible chaos, but needed to find that knowing deep into my own bones, for myself. I REALLY want a satisfactory answer to every conflict and every injustice. I REALLY want our Climate Action to be so effective that it’s possible to not only stop Climate Change, but to support the earth back into balance.

The deliberately inspired thinking of The Einstein Factor makes all those things possible.

I have a dream of a network of people rippling outwards in their influence, linked together by common values, all applying those inspired leaps of creative thinking to their own spheres of influence – making practical answers possible for every problem, every ghastly crappy thing that happens, every conflict and every injustice.

And we’re doing a live on line clinic to facilitate your dreams and ours, by teaching you how to find that state of being that I call The Einstein Factor.

Solve YOUR problem, in YOUR part of the world, within YOUR sphere of influence and solve it in harmony with integrity, environmental and economic regeneration and social justice. And solve it in a way that is compatible with those values and good for the financial bottom line at the same time.

There’s nothing to be lost and everything to be gained in this way of working. And while you’re at it, you could use it to invent things, get leaps of inspiration on ways to solve the big and small conflicts in your life and learn how to slice bread straight.

Just kidding about the “slice bread straight” thing, but I’m utterly serious about everything else.

So what is the Einstein Factor?

Human history is full of people who have experienced inspired leaps of creative thinking that led to phenomenal breakthroughs in human understanding. What made Einstein so special was not his incredible intelligence – it was that he figured out how to access the “inspired leap of creative thinking” deliberately. It’s a part of the brain that integrates the logical side and the creative side together, into an expansive, problem solving, conflict solving, solution oriented state, that I call The Einstein Factor.

And we’ve figured out how to access it deliberately and we’ve figured out how to teach it.

Integrity, environmental and economic regeneration and social justice

And if “just” being able to teach the Einstein Factor isn’t a big enough deal, then we added integrity, environmental and economic regeneration and social justice to the mix. Why regeneration and not sustainability? Because we’re headed off a cliff at a hundred miles an hour and sustainability only means sustaining the status quo – whereas regeneration means we take a turn that heads us away form the cliff.

Apart from the fact that my passionate values tell me that I only want to work like that, it’s because we’re all in this world together and without those aspirations, whatever problem we’re looking at, just pops out again somewhere else in another form. Solving problems at the expense of someone else is not really solving problems at all.

You don’t need to have worked with me before

You don’t have to have worked with me before, to get the benefit of this clinic. But for those of you who are familiar with our horse work here and the incredibly successes of the Paradox of Healing clinic that we did recently, you won’t be surprised at the power and effectiveness of this Einstein Factor clinic. For those who aren’t familiar with our work yet – prepare to have your socks knocked off.

You’re going to become an incredible asset to your business or organisation, working right on the cutting edge of creative thinking – experiencing a flow that has been described by Psychology Professor Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi as “joy, deep concentration, emotional buoyancy, a heightened sense of mastery, a lack of self-consciousness, and self-transcendence”. Even though I would have called the feeling “calm confidence” rather than “lack of self-consciousness” I just loved those words, it sooo fits with my experience of the flow that happens when we’re working with the Einstein Factor.

This is a four week LIVE clinic and you’ll need to turn up LIVE. I’ll run two group classes per week to cover the opposite world time zones – one 7am and one 6pm Melbourne / Sydney time each week. They’ll be interactive sessions, where people will be working with me live. You’ll learn from other people’s experiences too, as well as your own, as I lead individual people through their individual processes to get their Einstein Factor happening and get their solution starting to flow.

From previous experience, we can expect each class to run for one and a half to two hours. I’d rather run an extra session to cover everyone who wants to work one on one with me, than go longer than 2 hours.

What do you need?

Let’s start with what you don’t need. You don’t have to have even the faintest glimmer of an idea about how you’re going to find the answer to whatever problem you bring to this clinic. You just have to:

Turn up live to one class per week (although there’s benefits in, and you’re welcome to listen to the second session as well) and
Bring an active willingness to look at things in a different way.

We’re starting on the 30th August 2021. The cost is $1500 for the whole 4 weeks. There’ll be some emails, but I’ll try and keep those to a minimum. This is a clinic for busy people who’ve got things to do and places to be.
