Today is both an opportunity for reflection and celebration at whatever steps we have taken towards a Quieter Mind. We all came to our 21 Days from different places, with different skills and are all on our own personal horsemanship journey that will have been made more peaceful and more fulfilling for both you and your horse.
Celebration Gift
Here’s a gift of celebration for the many steps – big, small and everything in between! – that we’ve taken during these 21 days. Celebrate the unique and amazing person that you are and for the magic that your horse brings to your life.
These days into a Quiet Mind have been a journey into One-ness with our horse. And what better mantra to celebrate with than Teyata from Deva Premal & Miten which is about healing from the illusion of separateness – We Are All One. It is this One-ness that we feel in the connection with our horse that is so satisfying to our souls. That too brings me happy tears. Here are the words of the mantra Teyata so that you can chant along:
Teyata om bekanze
Bekanze maha bekanze
Radza samudgate soha

And finally
I am honoured to share this 21 Day journey with so many beautiful people and their special horses, some of you taking your first baby steps to a Quiet Mind, others already advanced – all expanding your horsemanship as you come closer and closer to conscious experience of One-ness with your horse. Unless you are in Expanded Consciousness already, you can expect to unfold more layers of your Quiet Mind over time – a growth process that continually enriches us and our horses and everyone that we touch in our lives.
Stay in touch. I love hearing the stories of life, unconditional love, breakthroughs, insights – even problems – and am available to help you work out whatever best ways there are to support your continued journey. May you and your horse continue to bring each other many blessings.
Much love to you,
Jenny
