We experience an early warning signal when something is Not Quite Right, that you can get practiced at listening to and acting on. It’s a subtle, early communication together that you’ll feel before you feel crappy and before you see anything happen with your eyes. It makes it possible for us to feel VERY good together!
Jenny tells us that listening to and acting on your early warning signal that something is Not Quite Right is so that life doesn’t have to hit you over the head with a frying pan. I don’t know what a frying pan is, but I believe her.
