This might sound “really?” but I’ve seen the value of this over and over again – simply decide that you want the feedback from your body and appreciate the heck out of every feedback it gives you, whether that’s “positive” feedback or “negative”. They’re both important inner guidance.
Pick up one of the Quiet Minds from Fast Track or maybe the reiki grid one to help you drop into the “mind space”.
