What does this struggling diagram mean in our everyday experience? It means that we are a LOT more powerful in our ability to change things than we thought we were.
It’s how we feel and use our connection to OTHERS that makes the difference between bouncing around in that struggling place or being guided easily through those change places.
If emotions are part of our natural talent for feeling, then we can use our emotional connection to others to guide us through those change places, to change the things WE care so deeply about and to drive OUR creation of something better.
It means that when we feel someone else’s fear, that there’s something for US to know or do about it, for or about them – in order to change the things that WE care about and to drive OUR joyful creation.
It means that when we feel someone else’s frustration, anger, sadness, grief, shame, guilt, it means that there’s something for US to know or do about it – for or about them – in order to change the things that WE care about and to drive OUR joyful creation.
It means that our limitless ability to create joyfully, DEPENDS on us understanding the way that WE uniquely experience our connection to others – and when it comes to our emotional connection to others, it depends on us being guided by those emotions.
This is one of those holyshitisittrue moments, hey?
