I’m laughing softly to myself. I have a tendency to slip BIIIGGGG concepts in too softly – so let’s insert a drumroll here – or the sound of galloping little hooves in this case, to really get your attention!
We can still struggle, but we don’t have to stay stuck in it.
We’ve been talking about all the ways that we feel our our inner guidance system, about feelings as messages and about understanding whether they’re for understanding ourselves or someone else or even for understanding our beliefs around this experience. When I’m working with someone on live events, you’ll hear me over and over again talking about curiosity, openness and willingness to understand what’s really going on with their feelings…
… whatever that feels like for YOU.
See… it doesn’t matter if the understanding of what we’re feeling flows now or later, it’s the feeling that we’re experiencing WHILE the answer is coming, the feeling we’re experiencing WHILE the understanding comes, that’s what’s important.
That’s what gives us the ability to enjoy the journey to the answer, the understanding, or the belief – to enjoy the process of solving the problem or resolving the conflict, whatever it is that we’re looking for in the moment. That’s what brings us inner peace and happiness at the same time as we’re joyfully creating something better or changing something that we care deeply about.
I know… it’s big… that’s why I put the sound of those little galloping hooves in here and I reckon this is worth slowing down and reading a few times.
Photo: The gorgeous drumming sound of galloping hooves – what a lovely drumroll! This lovely photo of Annette Condie’s gorgeous little Shetlands galloping up the paddock, was captured by Trudi Simmonds.
