Please note – THIS workshop, with its precise potencies and dosages, is for a group of people reducing or reversing the side effects of vaccinations and reducing or releasing the toxins from old chemical exposure. You’re making the homeopathic from your own saliva, which is the sum total of all tiny minute traces of toxins you’re been exposed to in YOUR life and thus, THIS MEDICINE IS ONLY OF USE TO YOU PERSONALLY – NOT TO ANYONE ELSE.
The potency (succussions and container changes) and the dosages of the finished medicine that are here on this page are specifically for reducing or reversing the side effects of vaccinations and reducing or releasing the toxins from old chemical exposure. You COULD however, use this process for viruses or bacterias or maybe even in some circumstances poisonings – BUT… BUT!!!! – the potencies and dosages and the very important supports, would be different. When we do the animal homeopathic seminar, you could use THAT process to work out what to do for humans in those emergency circumstances and we’ll talk about that on the seminar.

Here’s the big deal though – homeopathics is a complex subject, worthy of the intense study that it takes to become a homeopath and I can’t recommend too highly that you seek a qualified homeopath for both yourself and your animals if you have anything serious going on. This workshop has five parts:
- Making the homeopathic medicine
- Understanding the effects of fears and limiting beliefs on our physical bodies and how it blocks our body’s ability to heal.
- Taking the medicine that you made.
- A Quiet Mind to address those fears and limiting beliefs.
- Walk it in.
Part One – Make the homeopathic medicine
Please note in the video below, I only do 5 jars. For the purpose of this workshop (i.e. reducing or reversing the side effects of vaccinations and reducing or releasing the toxins from old chemical exposure) we’re doing 12 jars with 16 succussions each time. Those words will make more sense when you watch the video.
Important note if you’re watching this to learn how to make a homeopathic for your animal. This video teaches you how to make the homeopathic, but You WON’T use the same amount of succussions and jar changes that we do in this video when you make a homeopathic for your animal. I’ll teach you how to work that out specifically for YOUR animal in THEIR individual circumstances, in the Seminar for making a Homeopathic for your Animals. Important note for making a homeopathic for YOURSELF in some other circumstances (e.g. for a virus). You WON’T USE the same amount of succussions and jar changes as in this video, because it’s specific to this group of people for a side effect or toxin release. We’ll talk about how to work out those specific succussions and jar changes using the same techniques that I’ll teach you in the Seminar for making a Homeopathic for your Animals.
You don’t NEED to listen to this recording of me counting people through making their medicine, but I’ve made it available for you for those who like more information and more guidance.

Part Three: Take your medicine.
- Your homeopathic that you made with your saliva,
- A clean teaspoon
- Pen and paper to record the dosages so you can keep track of where you’re up to.
Then follow these instructions to take your homeopathic medicine:
PLEASE NOTE – the dosage below is for the side effect and toxin workshop. I’ll talk you through how to work out the dosages for your animals or in other circumstances, in the Make a Homeopathic for your Animals Seminar.
- The dosage FOR THIS SIDE EFFECT AND TOXIN WORKSHOP is a couple of drops (the residual from dipping a clean teaspoon in the jar is perfect, it doesn’t have to be exact.) You take those couple of drops 16 times, one minute apart.
- That is – dip the teaspoon into your finished medicine that you made with your saliva, lick the spoon – that’s one dose.
- Record that dose.
- Wait one minute – use a timer
- When one minute is up, take the second dose – dip the spoon into the medicine, lick the spoon, that’s two doses.
- Record that dose.
- Put your timer on and wait one minute.
- When one minute is up, take the third dose and record it.
- Put your timer on and wait one minute.
- When that minute is up take the fourth dose and record it.
- Keep doing that “take a dose, record it, wait one minute”, until you have recorded 16 doses in total.
- Then throw the medicine away. It’s no use to you at any other time in your life, so keep things simple and easy and throw it away.
Part Four: The Quiet Mind
The way we do a Quiet Mind supports the release of fear and brings insights around beliefs that are limiting your body’s ability to heal. It’s a very important part of the process – homeopathic medicine by itself will only do part of the job. At the end of the Quiet Mind, I coach some participants through things that came up during their Quiet Mind. Repeat the meditation as often as you like.
Part Five – Walk it in
At the end of your Quiet Mind, walk around the room slowly, feeling the flex of your feet as you walk, feeling the earth under your feet. Even if you’re inside on a floor, feel the BEingness of the earth under your feet. That slow, aware, flexion of your feet as you walk will enable your body’s posture to change in relation to the release of stress and tension and enable your bones to start sliding into place.
Deep and smiling awareness of your feet and your body will anchor the release of tension and changes in posture as your new normal. Allow your attention to wander all over your body, appreciating the heck out of what just happened!
Enjoy the walking and SMILE while you’re doing it, it’s an important part of the process!
Written version of my notes
ALL of our feelings are just messages from the inner part of us that when we understand them pffft just disappear.
Today we’re talking about fear, particularly about fear in relation to vaccinations and the toxins from chemical residues left in our bodies that are so prevalent in modern living.
Fear is SUCH a cool feeling, designed to keep us safe and like the other emotions – when we understand it pppfft! It’s gone. If you haven’t worked with us before here – I know, that seems so simple doesn’t it? That’s because it IS simple.
The problem with fear starts when either we choose not to listen to the fear or when we’re not allowed to keep ourselves safe and we stuff it down inside ourselves, we suppress it. Fear is cumulative – each unaddressed fear adding on to the next, until eventually we can find ourselves having anxiety attacks about something that by itself would not have scared us that much. Kind of a “straw that broke the camel’s back” situation. Remember that old story from when you were a child? The poor camel being loaded with more and more weight until he was almost buckling with it? Then someone added the tiniest thing – a piece of straw – and snap! His back was broken.
Fear is like that. When we’ve got a whole heap of stuffed down fears stored in our bodies, then it can be a big fear – a big message that kicks us into overwhelm – but the tiniest fear can be the “straw that broke the camel’s back” too.
Each unaddressed fear that adds on to the next also intensifies into anger and rage. We can either push that down inside us, or express it outwardly. We can look around the world and see an awful lot of stuffed down fear intensifying into anger and rage hey?
And where the fear is stuffed down in our bodies, it’s that stress that causes physical tension, that causes very real physical health problems that make it harder for our bodies to process the vaccinations and the chemicals. Each fear also knocks a tiny bit more from the ability of our immune system to operate effectively.
Reversing that process BOOSTS our immune system. Does that make sense? Understand what it is that we are afraid of, understand the message – that releases the tension in our bodies and then our bodies can start to work more and more like they were designed.
We find ourselves at this time in history, scared about all kinds of things that may or may not be true, listening to others instead of listening to our own inner guidance system – the inner wisdom that we ALL have, that eventually ends up screaming at us in overwhelm.
The answer is simple. The task today is simple.
Pause, find that inner wisdom, open up to understand our fear, pay attention to it, take action on it if you need to and voila – that fear is gone.
That stress relaxes.
That tension in our bodies starts releasing.
And our bodies can start healing the way they were designed – which never ceases to amaze me how incredible our bodies are at healing themselves.
And yeah I know I said all that twice – I meant to because it’s so important lol!
Connection with others.
Now here’s one more aspect of our feelings that is very important. We’re all connected. The life force in me is connected to the life force in you and everyone else that I come in contact with. The life force in me is connected to the life force in my animals. It’s connected to the life force in the earth herself for those people who feel that connection too. Through that life force, when there’s a message to be had, we won’t just feel our own fear, we’ll feel someone else’s fear too.
Let me express that differently because this is incredibly important. I don’t run around feeling someone else’s fear for no good reason. I don’t wake up in the morning saying to myself “hmm let me make myself miserable today by feeling this person’s fear”. I feel someone else’s fear when there’s something for me to know or do FOR OR ABOUT them.
That fear too is just a communication.
And just like when it’s my fear, when I understand what to know or do about it, pffttt! It’s gone.
Yes it’s THAT simple and THAT easy.
Creating a habit.
The harder part is creating the habit to LISTEN to our Inner Guidance system. In this case, LISTEN to our fear – to understand it and take action on it if necessary.
What we believe to be true has an enormous impact on our minds and our bodies. I’ve got dozens of stories and I bet you have too, where because someone believed something to be true, it happened. The perfectly healthy guy who got given someone else’s positive cancer result, who quite rapidly got and died of cancer.
This applies to our topic for today because when we’re told that something harms us and we believe that, it does – The Nocebo Effect in action that I talked about in the blog – link to that.
Just because something DID cause harm to someone else, doesn’t mean it’s going to cause harm to US. We’re all unique, we all have different genetic inheritances, we’ve had different things happen to us in our lives, we have different amounts of fear stored. So we want to be constantly have our minds open to notice what’s true and what’s not – for ourselves.
So today, in addition to any fears that are having a direct impact, we’re also going to be looking at what beliefs are causing us harm and what beliefs are limiting our bodies ability to release or flow with vaccinations and chemicals.
First I’m going to work with a couple of people individually, which will provide inspiration and may well even trigger stuff for you to release. Then we’re going to do a Quiet Mind as a group and allow your own inner self to float up whatever it is that YOU need today to reduce or eliminate the side effects of vaccinations, to process chemical residues from your body.
Talk about Storm Boy and how even deep and meaningful stuff can be done with lightness of spirit.
Then in the Quiet mind section we particularly focused on the fact that it’s the feelings of WILLINGNESS and the OPENNESS and even the CURIOSITY about the fear and the beliefs that are much bigger than wanting to know the answer. It’s the feeling of willingness – however you uniquely experience it – that eventually creates an ease in understanding flowing for you in the moment – which is VERY cool when it starts to happen!
