Welcome to Day 20
Appreciation is right up there as one of the most beautiful and powerful feelings.
What’s even more important, is that the “feel good” feelings of appreciation are something we can choose deliberately.
And even bigger than THAT, is that each act of choosing and then feeling appreciation brings even more wonderful things into our lives to feel appreciative about.
Today we’re taking the meditation out to our horse, using their presence to develop these feelings of appreciation further and anchor them deeply into our being.
Keys to Success
1. You’ll notice at one point in today’s meditation that I say “With every breath that feels good, deepen and expand that awareness“ – if it doesn’t feel good to think about expanding your awareness, then smile, and do the rest of the meditation about appreciating your horse. I would suggest doing this meditation again from time to time, until it IS enjoyable to think about expanding your awareness.
2. We’ll expand our intention today as well. Right now, as you are reading this, smile with your soft allowing, ahhh eyes and decide to allow the beautiful, deep feelings of appreciation to flow – today and always.
3. Really feel the connection with each individual horse and sink into these feelings of appreciation with each one and soak those feelings so deeply that they are anchored into your being. So if you have more than one horse, I suggest that you only think about one horse during this meditation and extend this appreciation to the other horses in your life, one by one – later.
4. For anything less than feeling really, really good, please contact me for extra support.

Written Version of our Day 20 Meditation
Today’s meditation is about experiencing the power and the beauty of appreciation.
Take your smiling ahhh eyes to listen inside yourself to that feeling of Inner Awareness that you’ve been developing so well in these last weeks.
Just feel inside yourself.
Feel how quickly today you have dropped into your Inner Awareness and allow your attention to wander over your body and appreciate that for a moment. There are many levels of Inner Awareness and the one you just dropped into is one of them. And it’s one that you can take out to your horse really easily.
Deepen that Inner Awareness by paying attention to your outward breath… to your heartbeat… to the feeling of your ribs and spine moving with your breath… to the flow of your emotions… and the energy tingling and flowing around your body… smiling at the thoughts and ideas and images that float across your mind… Allow the awareness of ALL your feelings to flow.
With every breath that feels good, deepen and expand that awareness.
Deepen and expand…
Deepen and expand…
In this beautiful space of expanded awareness, we’re going to appreciate our horse.
Allow your attention to keep wandering over your body as you expand your appreciation of your horse, one at a time if we have more than one of them. Feel how good it feels to appreciate your horse. Keep smiling and allowing THESE feelings to flow as well.
As you sit with your horse today, allow your thoughts to wander around all the things you have to appreciate about your horse, allow yourself to notice and appreciate EVERYTHING that they ARE – allow yourself to sink into those feelings of appreciation and soak them up – and feel the expansion and flow of all those beautiful feelings of appreciation of your horse.

When I came back into this program, to make the changes to incorporate the ability to control the pace of your program yourself, I had SUCH an expanded place of automatic gratitude for this program. Gratitude for all of you, for the horses that brought the guidance for it, the connection with the divine when I’m creating with gorgeous feeling flow at 3 and 4 o’clock in the morning, for Corey who pressed gently and persistently for this program, for Holly who created the original bones for it. We are so utterly blessed to be able to experience horses like this.
Tomorrow, on the last day of our mini-series, we’ll take these feelings of appreciation out and use them in heart felt, practical ways with our horse.
