
Sit with a horse or out in nature. Then, with soft smiling eyes pay gentle attention to your outward breath and the way that the lower part of your ribs just squashes the air from your lungs. And you’re not doing that on purpose, you’re just noticing the movement of the lower part of your ribs on that outward breath.
Then allow yourself to notice everything about “what is” now. The perfect way forward will float into your mind.
