Feedback is valuable in helping me to tweak the program. Someone was feeling tired and that meant that she wasn’t eating enough – probably in the protein and fat areas or the answer could have been in food herbs or seaweed. I could also hear the diet mentality in a couple of the emails.
OMGoodness I can’t put enough emphasis on this – THIS IS NOT A DIET. There is no restriction on anything on the YES list. YOU NEED fat and protein to convert your body to burning fat instead of sugar/s. So eat lots. As your body starts to reset, you’ll feel full when it’s perfect and that will happen at the perfect time. In the meantime eat LOTS!
Remember that old metaphor that I use so often? The one about the vacuum cleaner going so loud we can’t hear the telephone ringing? This two weeks is to turn off the vacuum cleaner so that you CAN hear the telephone ringing – so that those body signals are re-integrated with your mind and you CAN hear them.
Small Task
You can be inspired by what I say or do, but it’s of no use to you when your own crap hits the fan, which is why I constantly draw people to a place where they can discover their own truths for themselves. When our knowing comes from the INside of us, then it guides us effortlessly. So here’s a task that will take about a minute and a half and change your life when the answer comes to you.
Is it REALLY possible that doing this two weeks of reset will connect my brain and body so that I can listen to my own body and I’ll never have to diet again?
Don’t worry about thinking thinking thinking trying to get an answer – just notice the thoughts, smile at them and get curious about what’s true and what’s not and if YOU resetting your brain body connection is really possible. The knowing for yourself will pop in when the timing is perfect – it doesn’t matter how long that answer takes to come in, just feel that wonderful curiosity every time you wonder about the answer and the the timing will be perfect.
