So what does the Einstein Factor do?

Human history is full of people who have experienced inspired leaps of creative thinking that led to phenomenal breakthroughs in human understanding. What made Einstein so special was not his incredible intelligence – it was that he figured out how to access the “inspired leap of creative thinking” deliberately. It’s a part of the brain that integrates the logical side and the creative side together, into an expansive, problem solving, conflict solving, solution oriented, creative state of being, that I call The Einstein Factor.

And we’ve figured out how to access it deliberately when we need it AND we’ve figured out how to teach it.

Integrity, environmental regeneration, economic sustainability and social justice

And if “just” being able to teach the Einstein Factor isn’t a big enough deal, then we added the possibility of problem solving with integrity, the kind of environmental regeneration that can heal the earth, economic sustainability and social justice.

Apart from the fact that my passion tells me that I want to work with those values, it’s because we’re all in this world together and without those aspirations, whatever problem we’re looking at, just pops out again somewhere else in another form. Solving problems at the expense of someone else is not really solving problems at all.

You don’t need to have worked with me before

You don’t have to have worked with me before, to get the benefit of this clinic. But for those of you who are familiar with our horse work here and the incredibly successes of the Paradox of Healing clinic that we did recently, you won’t be surprised at the power and effectiveness of this Einstein Factor clinic. For those who aren’t familiar with our work yet – prepare to have your mind stretched and your socks knocked off.

You’re going to become an incredible asset to your business or organisation, when you turn those occasional gut instinct flashes of genius into a reliable and predictable and even regular way of working. This is working right on the cutting edge of creative thinking – eventually experiencing a deep feeling of flow that has been described by Psychology Professor Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi as “joy, deep concentration, emotional buoyancy, a heightened sense of mastery, a lack of self-consciousness, and self-transcendence”. Even though I would have called the feeling “calm confidence” rather than “lack of self-consciousness” I just loved those words, it sooo fits with my experience of the flow that happens when we’re working with the Einstein Factor.

This is a four week LIVE clinic and you’ll need to turn up LIVE. I’m running two group classes per week to cover the opposite world time zones – one 7am and one 6pm Melbourne time each week. They’ll be interactive sessions, where people will be working with me one on one in a group environment. You’ll learn from other people’s experiences too, as well as your own, as I lead individual people through their individual processes and needs, to get their Einstein Factor happening and their own solution starting to flow.

From previous experience, we can expect each class to run for one and a half to two hours. I’d rather run an extra session to cover everyone who wants to work one on one with me, than go longer than 2 hours.

You’ll also be privately mentored to make sure you “get it”.

What do you need?

Let’s start with what you don’t need. You don’t have to have even the faintest glimmer of an idea about how you’re going to find the answer to whatever problem you bring to this clinic. You just have to:

1. Turn up live to one class per week (although there’s benefits in, and you’re welcome to listen to the second session as well) and
2. Bring an active willingness to look at things in a different way.
3. The incredible powerful mentoring process that MAKES SURE that you “get it” starts from the time you sign up for the clinic – so the earlier the better!

Can you get the whole concept happening in 4 weeks?

The vast majority will solve the problem that they bring into the clinic, to their satisfaction, in the 4 weeks of the clinic.

From that point on it will be different for each of you – because each of us is a unique mixture of inherited pre-dispositions, life experiences, traumas, old habits, knowledge and differing levels of desire to make a difference in our world. I’ve seen people make enormous breakthroughs in 4 weeks and just a little conversation occasionally is all they need afterwards. I’ve seen people look for ongoing mentoring to keep them on track as they turn a 4 week experience into a useful way of life. I’ve seen people who need more support than one expansive experience.

Clinic details

We’re starting on the 6th September 2021 with the first live ON LINE class later that week – 6pm Wednesday evening my time. We’ll do another one 7am Sunday mornings to catch different time zones.

Mentoring around fine tuning your problem and goal/s for the clinic starts as soon as you register. EVERYONE, no matter when they sign up, gets mentoring around your problem and goal, but you can get a head start on the clinic with an early sign up.

The cost is $1500 for the whole 4 weeks and includes the private mentoring. There’ll be some emails, but I’ll keep those short and to the point. This is a clinic for busy people who’ve got things to do and places to be.

In addition to the live classes, there’ll be a mixture of private mentoring and small group sessions AS YOU NEED THEM – from our incredible group of women who all work with the Einstein Factor routinely. First there’s me. I’m smiling as I write this. I could use words like “I have a gift that enables me to consciously connect people to their inner guidance system using a unique experiential focus”. But I had a vision recently that I think explains it better. I saw that my talent is to literally catapult people into excellence in their own unique abilities and their own values, into mastery of their own field of interest and expertise. And OMG the joy I get from working like that is just so expansive. I facilitated Sandra into super expanded consciousness 8 years ago in a horse clinic and then SHE mentored ME into this clinic. You can thank her later lol!
