Some of those things that are causing blockages to healing will have been buried long ago, the time for the understanding has passed, there’s nothing to know or do about it now, except just notice it, get curious about what’s going on here and allow it to release.
And you release it with that lovely openness and willingness and the curiosity that you’ve been developing throughout this book, about whatever feelings you are experiencing in any given moment.
When it’s irrelevant – when there’s nothing to know or do – then that layer just releases with that openness and willingness and curiosity. Releases. Pffft! Just like that.
I’ve seen layer after layer after layer of even serious health problems releasing so fast when someone has really got this. Letting layer after layer go with just the observation of the feeling – whether that’s been the discomfort or pain, the symptom, the frustration, the sadness, the worry, the catastrophic imagination, the anguish and despair, the stuck or explosive energy, the beliefs that are getting in the way – whatever. Just open, willing and curious.
And every now and again, something relevant will pop up and the knowing will slide in just as easily as those irrelevant ones.

Can healing happen this easily?
This photo of Titch is Pat Alexander’s. I just love that little face! Pat is a horse lover who works with a rescue organization specializing in standardbreds “Rescue Horse Foster Home inc.” She’s the fund raising Admin for the group and runs the weekly auctions that raise money to support the horses.
