Let’s summarize the struggling diagram. Here I am here – over there is the thing I care enough to create or change. There’s something I need to change – a change place – in order for me to reach that goal.
When Mental Feel is part of our unique natural talent, we can listen to the imaginative thoughts and ideas and problem solving of our Mental Feel, to move through each change place easily as we create this thing that we care about.
When we’re stuck in unresolved worry and a brain in overwhelm, then we’re struggling – going round and round in circles and not creating or changing what we care about.
The worrying that can stop us sleeping at night or our brain that’s thinking thinking thinking and just won’t shut up and the sheer negativity of our thoughts sometimes – these are just symptoms of our Mental Feel stuck in overwhelm in a change place. There is simply something that we have to know or do in order for us to create or change what we care about and when we figure out what that is, “pffft” the worry and overwhelm is just gone.
Yes, as fast as you can say pffft – that fast, the worry and overwhelm is gone.
It’s being stuck in worry that has us going round and round in circles, struggling, making us feel crappy and eventually causing illness. It’s the stuck in worry and stuck in negativity that slows us down from creating what we want and it’s the stuckness that slows us down from changing what we most care about.
The worry and negativity itself isn’t the problem, that’s just part of our inner guidance system that’s telling us that there’s something for us to change.
Do you want to know if all that’s true?
Are you curious to know if that’s even possible?
I’m not after an intellectual answer. I’m setting you up with a habit of curiosity to get answers that come up from the inside of you – for your own truth. We’ll be talking more about how to do this later.
Again… are you curious to know if our worries and negative thoughts are a valid part of our Mental Feel and that when we understand them “pfft” they just vanish? Are you curious to know if we can use the imaginative problem solving ability of Mental Feel to create this thing that we care about?
We’re not looking for the answer, we’re noticing the curiosity itself. The answer will come in your own perfect time.
What does that curiosity feel like?
