Let’s summarize this struggling diagram too. When Physical Feel is part of our unique natural talent, then it too can be used to move through our change places to create what we want more easily.
And when we’re stuck in unresolved tension, discomfort and even pain, then we’re going round and round in circles and not creating what we care about. That’s a big promise in the picture hey, that tension, discomfort and even pain will become a wonderful part of our inner guidance system? In the meantime let’s check out the truth or not… Do we really experience tension, discomforts, restricted breathing, rapid heartbeat – even aches and pains – as messages from our Inner Guidance system, as part of our personal instruction manual?
Is it possible that chronic restricted breathing, rapid heartbeat, discomfort, aches and pains are “just” a symptom of being stuck in our Physical Feel and overwhelmed by it, in the same way that worry is an example of stuck Mental Feel and struggling with dread and anxiety are examples of stuck Emotional Feel?
I’m no way downplaying the seriousness and sheer physical crappiness that those symptoms can be, but you’ll hear it and feel it happening in some of our live events. Some healing can be as simple as listening to and being open to the messages of our Physical Feel in each moment. The speed of it disappearing – “pfft!” blows people away when it happens like that.
See… it’s not the messages that are the problem, it’s the stuckness that’s the problem. It’s the stuckness that’s slowing us down in creating what we want or changing what it is that we care about.
