
Now I’d like to focus on a little understood part of Physical Feel.
When Physical Feel is one of our natural talents in feeling, the message can go way beyond messages about our physical body. Our Physical Feel could be telling us to change something in our lives, or to do something differently, or think differently or bring our attention to some action that we need to take. Or it might even be something important to know. It could be a belief that’s not true, or a habit that’s not serving us any more.
Does that mean that things like tension, restricted breathing, rapid heartbeat, discomfort, aches and pains could have messages that includes things like something we need to change in our lives, or do differently, or something that we need to think about differently or there’s something that we believe that isn’t true or to bring to our attention a habit that’s no longer useful?
And that all of this can be used to joyfully create something better or change something that we care about?
