The healing opportunities for ourselves and others are a big deal with all our ways of Feeling, but since ignored and buried Physical Feel are directly responsible for a lot of physical problems, the opportunities for healing are even more immediate.
People are constantly astounded in our live events by how they’re feeling other people’s tension, discomfort, pain, restricted breathing and rapid heartbeat (and more). Like all the other ways of Feeling, as soon as they understand the message of that Feel – as soon as they understand what it is that they need to understand or do, for or about this other person or animal, pffft! it’s either gone altogether or it releases and they can start to heal.
I know I’m repeating myself here, but this is a really big deal. If Physical Feel is one of your natural strengths, you’re gonna’ get your socks knocked off by how much healing can take place from simple, smiling curiosity when you notice physical feelings like a shortness of breath, a change in your heartbeat, tension, an ache or a pain (just to name a few).
If this is really true, then it would be worth some simple curiosity when you notice any physical feelings of tension or physical discomfort, wouldn’t it?
Simple curiosity “Is that mine? And if not, why am I feeling it? What am I meant to know or do about it?”
