And anyway you’re not a cat.

You may have heard this before, it’s not the feelings that hurt, it’s our resistance to them. But WTF use is knowing that, if we don’t know how to stop the resistance? And is that even true anyway?
That curiosity that I talked about in the previous page and what that feels like to you, is a big deal. It’s one of the ways to change from the crappiness of resisting our feelings, to understanding and flowing with them and all the wonderful things that happen when we can do that – including that shift into changing your life and the world around you, one split second at a time.
We’ll talk about the other ways of changing from resistance to flow later, but now we’re getting a glimpse of the importance to our happiness, let’s feel into that curiosity thing from the previous page again. Is it really true that we can shift our bodies and our minds into extraordinary healing for ourselves and others and that we can do things like resolve conflict with no need to compromise? Is it really true that we be anything, do anything and have anything that we want and change the world around us?
Do you want to know if all that’s really possible?
I mean, do you really want to know if all that is really possible?
Are you curious to know if that world of wonderful and joyful opportunities exists?
What does that curiosity feel like?
That’s not an idle question, so if you could just pause for a moment and I’ll ask it again while you feel into it. “What does that curiosity feel like?”
Don’t worry if you don’t feel curiosity yet, by the time I’ve finished with you, you will! 🙂
