I know I’m hammering this but it’s a big deal – the easy way to do life is to notice and flow with the guidance of our feelings when they’re more subtle. When we’re dealing with Mental Feel as one of our strengths, then if we don’t pay attention to and flow with the understanding of our thoughts and ideas, our imagination and visions at their early stage, then they get more intense, often repetitive and with Mental Feel, eventually they turn into worries with the extreme being a mind in overdrive that won’t shut up.
So here’s a Mental Feel task for those who are new to these ideas. Think back to those Magic Questions earlier “Whose feeling is it? Whose worry is it?” and “What do I need to know or do about it?” and “Has it all gone yet? Or is there another layer of guidance here?”
If you experience a worry today and the answer doesn’t flow into your mind straight away, can you just feel curious about what any worry is telling you? Just curious – you don’t need any more effort than that.
Can you particularly get curious about whether you’re feeling your connection to others with this way of Feeling and why?
If you need to, then go back to the last page and the exercise to figure out what your inner guidance system is trying to tell you. There’ll be an expansive feeling of “rightness”, an ahhaaa moment when you get that understanding and the worry will just disappear. Our worries are simply our inner guidance system at work, so when we understand that guidance “pffft!” it just disappears.
