I know I’m hammering this but it’s a big deal – the easy way to do life is to notice and flow with the guidance of our feelings when they’re more subtle. When we’re dealing with Mental Feel as one of our strengths, then if we don’t pay attention to and flow with the understanding of our thoughts and ideas, our imagination and the “mind’s eye” visions at their early stage, then they get more intense, often repetitive and with Mental Feel, eventually they turn into worries with the extreme being a mind in overdrive that won’t shut up.
The intensity of our worrying doesn’t make it all our worry. Even when we’ve got something real to worry about, the intensity of our worry doesn’t make it all our worry. The intensity comes from the layers of burying, ignoring and / or not understanding our inner self screaming at us. I can’t tell you how often I’m working with someone who has something going on in their lives that is causing them to worry, but there’s old buried worries making that more intense than it needs to be, making it more difficult to problem solve and some of those worries weren’t even theirs in the first place!
How big an impact on the world could you have, how much easier will life itself be – when you’re flowing with the knowing of your Mental Feel easily through those change places?
