When I hear people telling other people to think positive, I roll my eyes and shake my head.
TRYING to think or be positive is suppressive, it shuts up the good side of your Mental Feel, ignores and then buries your feelings, resists your messages and gets in the way of changing that which we care about and creating something better joyfully.
TRYing to be positive has the Law of Attraction responding to the fear that underlays the trying too hard.
And yet BEING positive is a beautiful thing.
So how do we BE positive?
We BE positive by following our Inner Guidance system, by listening to our feelings, by paying attention to them, by understanding the expansive big picture / Truth behind them and taking action on them where necessary.
We BE positive by understanding how we personally experience our connection to others and using that to notice the things to be positive about.
We BE positive by noticing even the negative thoughts and feelings, by doing a Quiet Mind with them, allowing them to flow all the way to the gold at the bottom of them
And when the answers come and the insight flows, then peacefulness, acceptance, joyfulness and even positive being and thinking, will flow – EASILY.
We’re going to do a lot more understanding around this, but if you have some negativity that is confusing you, you could put your hand up for some action in the next Live Event.
