Still the most important words you’re ever going to hear.
I chose my cousin’s beautiful snake Ivory for our picture, to deliberately to emphasize the importance of today’s message, because my old terror about snakes was an eye opener for me of this message about fear.
It’s not all yours.
The fear that you feel, the anxiety, the dread – even those of you who suffer the extremes of panic attacks – I guarantee you, I absolutely guarantee you…
It’s not all your fear.
Read my words here slowwwwlyyy again and feel the truth – or not – of this for yourself:
Paying gentle attention to your next outward breath and the way that the lower part of your ribs just … squash the breath from your lungs.. And you’re not doing that on purpose, you’re just noticing the movement of your ribs on the outward breath.
And the next breath…
And the next…
Now smile just a little on another breath.
For another outward breath…
And another…
And feel into the truth or not of these words for yourself:
“The fear that you experience is not all yours. In the glorious way that you experience your connection to others, you feel THEIR fear too as a simple message – where there’s something for you to know or do, for or about them. Understanding what that is, will move you through your change place, on the way to that thing that you care about creating or changing.”
And we’ve still got your back.
And another breath…
And another…
See you on the next page.
I’ve opened up comments on this page for questions and to start sharing experiences of releasing even serious anxiety 🙂
Photo: “She gives the best hugs.” Ivory is a Darwin albino python, 4 years old and 7 foot long. Shane says she gives the best hugs. Of all animals, snakes hit home the “It’s not all yours” message. I was bitten by a snake as a crawling baby. Ask me in a live event some time about my eye opening experience that got rid of the last of my snake phobia – that a large part of the fear I had been feeling of snakes, was actually their fear and when I understood what to know or do about their fear… pfffttt the phobia was gone.
