EVERYthing we care about has the seeds of Heart Anger within it. EVERY anger – even the stuck anger – has the seeds of Heart Anger within it and thus EVERY anger has the potential to change whatever it is that we care so much about – when we can get it running from the heart.
In Narel’s story, she spoke about the “pure” clean anger that was Heart Anger that achieved a mini miracle – she got help for her work role in a health system that was already in overwhelm, where it was unheard of for people to get the help they asked for. And she talked about the contrast a few days later of the dirty feeling anger, that she was ashamed of. It sounds like she drove that second anger inwards into her body, rather than expressing it outwards.
All types of anger are at their heart, the same divine Heart Anger that has the potential for powerful change. The dirty feeling anger that she felt ashamed of, was simply all the feelings of her Inner Guidance system – suppressed and clouding her own soul’s guidance to that thing that she cared about, suppressed and clouding her Heart Anger, which is the very energy that WILL bring her what she cares so deeply about.
Can you see it’s the same thing? The Heart Anger is TRYING to shine through all that suppressed feelings of our Inner Guidance system. The Heart Anger is TRYING to give us that which we care so deeply about. It’s STRUGGLING to get out and give us what we care so deeply about. Our Inner Guidance system is TRYING to guide us to that thing that we care so deeply about.
Understanding our connection to others, the guidance of all these different sorts of feeling and the anger that comes when we suppress them is at the heart of being able to joyfully create something different and it’s at the heart of practical, every day happiness and it’s simple curiosity about the truth of what I’ve just said – or not – that will get you there.
And it’s at the heart of miracles.
Our photo is one of those miracles in action that become possible when we’re skilled in our inner guidance system and what we’re creating. The background – Narel and her family had previously lost their home in a house fire caused by a faulty appliance. Narel meticulously cleaned up, Quiet Minded on every crappy feeling, understood and released every bit of old fear and anger as they re-built their lives and their home. Her attention to every aspect, her commitment to every step of that build being with inner peace and happiness and harmony with her Inner Guidance system, was a privilege to watch.
Then came the miracle when their home and their horses were in the path of the apocalyptic fires of December 2019. The photo below is two of Narel’s large herd of horses with the fire approaching their paddock in the background – their calmness was extraordinary. There was a group of us, including Narel, holding and flowing the power of the universe within us, that is accessible from being utterly present in our inner guidance system. You’ll see in the videos below how it rained fire and yet not a single horse – all of them out in the open – had a single burn mark on them.
