I’m going to scatter some of this physical stuff among the other pages, because they are far too important to your vitality to leave them to the end.
“Whoa there human!” this horse says, with his mouth full of grass. There’s nothing boring about food that dances on your tongue, lifts your energy and gives you zest for life – it’s finding what gives YOU that result that is the important part.
Did you know that most people specially in depression experience significant improvement in their vitality and feelings of wellbeing “just” by improving their digestion? That’s been reported in multiple studies and was also our experience in the last two Happiness programs.
One of the ways of improving our digestion is by eating delicious food – that’s delicious to YOU, WHEN it’s delicious to you. This is nothing whatsoever to do with dieting, this is about noticing what food dances on your tongue.
This is a really big deal. It’s not about what someone else thinks is good for you – it’s not their tongue that’s getting the dancing thing happening here. It’s YOURS. There’s no right food or wrong food – and your answer may be completely different to anyone else.
