Happy bacterias to dance on your tongue. I bet that’s three things you didn’t expect to see side by side – bacterias, tongue and happy!
Seriously though, I promise you it’s a very small effort to feel younger, increase your vitality, add a foundation to bring you back to good health if you’ve been ill and give yourself a monumental lift, especially if you’re suffering from depression. My personal experience is of pulling multiple people out of depression with sometimes large doses of happy stomach bacteria. Multiple studies have now backed up the anecdotal evidence from centuries of wise grandmothers in every culture from all over the world, who have successfully kept, or brought their families back to good health with healthy stomach bacteria.

If it IS true, here’s some ways to increase these wonderful little critturs:
Probiotic capsules (For people who are seriously depleted, it can take quite large dosages to kick start things again, so the beautiful fermented foods from just about every culture in the world is a cheaper option.)
Sauerkraut (stop groaning I’ll show you how delicious it can be!)
Japanese miso,
Kombucha (make it at home for cents per gallon),
Real apple cider vinegar with the “mother” still in it,
Korean kimchi,
Real yoghurt – check the labels, most supermarket yoghurt no longer has the happy bacterias.
Kefir made from cow, goat or coconut milk.
