(Sei He Ki pronounced as: “Say-Hay-Key”)
Sei He Ki has a general meaning of: “God and man become one” and “The key to the Universe”. The Sei Hei Ki is a higher vibrational symbol and represents peace and harmony. It is also the gate to your subconscious.
Sei Heki means: ‘I have the key’ or ‘the mindset of those who don’t fall apart’ and it eliminates negative energies. This symbol is also used to break negative and limiting beliefs, addictions and emotional trauma.
Let’s have a feel of this symbol. Sit for a moment and take your attention inside yourself. Notice the way that the lower part of your ribs move with your outward breath, feel for your heartbeat if that works for you, feel the energy moving in your body if that’s your thing, be aware of and allow your emotions, your thoughts and ideas to just flow all the way to the gold at the bottom of them, allow your attention to expand to an awareness of your whole body and all the things that you are feeling in your body.
Look at the Sei Ke Ki symbol and feel into those words “God and man become One” and “The Key to The Universe”.
The Sei He Ki symbol particularly helps people to bring to the surface and release the mental/emotional causes of their problems.
Anecdotal evidence suggests that as much as 80% of physical illnesses have mental and emotional imbalances as their root cause – from suppressed emotions and belief systems, some of which have been with us for so long that we aren’t even aware of them.
The Sei He Ki symbol can be used to support ourselves and others while we understand and release those suppressed emotions that are causing physical damage and more specifically to understand the cause of our nervousness, fear, depression, anger, sadness, grief, frustration etc.
Because this symbol supports the understanding of emotions and belief systems, it is also very effective in supporting to bring forth the understanding of relationship problems.
You can draw this symbol on the body in your hands-on healing work or you can use it in conjunction with the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen and Cho Ku Rei for distance work. Draw it once and say the name of the symbol three times. Once the symbol is embedded in your consciousness – which we’re going to do on the next page, you can just visualize it.
Some uses:
- The symbol can be used to help heal misuse of drugs, alcohol, smoking etc.
- Sei He Ki can be used to lose weight.
- The symbol can be used to find things that you have misplaced. (Draw the symbol in front of you and ask for help in finding xxxx. Let go of trying to find the object. The answer will soon pop up.)
- Sei He Ki can be used to improve your memory when reading and studying. (Draw the symbol on each page as you read it with the intent of remembering the important parts.)
- Add the symbol when doing healing (normal or distance) as this can help the healing process. Most physical problems have mental/emotional roots that cause important blockages to healing.
In the Hayshed
Appreciation is the fastest key to positive change – appreciation of our own perfection and others’ – appreciation and expanding our understanding of The Truth. Understanding what’s REALLY going on behind this illness or emotional upset or stress or tension, is the fastest path to Releasing the mental, emotional AND physical effects.
In my master initiation I was shown that Sei He Ki is about Appreciation. Think about that flow of being utterly Present (where God and man become one), where Understanding flows easily (now or later) and the Release that comes from that understanding happens and the utter Appreciation of where we are NOW, that we have the opportunity to soak up and make our new “normal”.
Yum…
In my master initiation, I was shown that Sei He Ki is about appreciation. Which made sense when I thought about it. Emotional healing comes from understanding – whether it’s understanding the Truth about what happened back then, or whether it’s understanding the Big Picture – whatever – it’s always some form of understanding that brings the Release with it automatically. And the fastest way to understanding, is appreciation of the perfection of all things.
So shortcut to emotional healing is using this symbol to bring in the appreciation of the perfection of what we are feeling and what we are feeling about.
Double Sei He Ki
Double Sei He Ki like this, is about integrating the left and right halves of the brain. Integrating the left and right side of the brain is what feels like is happening when I am VERY connected and very Present and working with my horse in that space, or doing anything else in that state of mind.
