I had a healing with horses session from Jane McLaughlin from Tonimbuk in Victoria a couple of weeks ago – a session that Jane called an “ego state therapy” session and wow… it was the most powerful and fabulously outcomed session and gave me a piece of the puzzle that changed my life.
From that session, let alone that she is a dear personal friend and someone I know who brings excellence to everything she does, I cannot recommend Jane to you more highly.
You can use a session with Jane to develop your horsemanship to a higher level, to come at improvements in your horsemanship from a different angle than the ones I use in Fast Track to Brilliant Riding, or you can use them to resolve a relationship issue like I did, with the help of your horses.
The more ways in which we have to attack the “stuff” that blocks us from being all that we can be with our horses, the better.
So here is what Jane sent to me for you to know about her work…
Do you want to be clear, confident and connected with your horses?
Do you want to feel alive and joyful around your horses?
Do you want to develop your skills and horsemanship to a higher level?
We all want to achieve a safe and happy relationship with our horse. If the reality of your experience around horses isn’t the experience you want to achieve consistently, then hypnotherapy and ego state therapy are wonderful tools to achieve your goals.
These therapies are a focussed, yet gentle, means to identify and release your limiting beliefs and emotions and to find the resources within yourself to achieve your goals.
Jane is a qualified hypnotherapist (yes, hypno… therapist and ego state therapist. She is also a dedicated endurance competitor, trainer and owner. She has competed nationally and internationally including bronze international rider representing Australia in the 2001 Pan American Endurance Championship at Vermont USA.
Jane specialises in working with people and their horses in this unique manner.
Her approach first identifies the cause of your angst eg fear, anxiety, lack of confidence, conflict. She then guides you through the release of those unhelpful emotions or beliefs. Finally, you identify and develop your own internal resources. This final step is very important to ensure you are in the right frame of mind at the right time.
It is recommended that you are with your horse during a session.

Sounds fascinating Jenny . . . I use self hypnosis for ‘sleep’ and have used it successfully in the past prior to surgery, with good outcome.
Thank you for sharing info about Jane,
Regards,
Jan
