Whether it’s feeling good or feeling some kind of upset, we attract more of whatever it is that we continue to focus on – that’s an operation of the Law of Attraction. But it doesn’t work to just ignore the elephant in the room of the upset. The thing is to find the understanding that has us FEELING GOOD that enables us to genuinely change our focus from the upset and manifest what we DO want instead.
