TWO weeks of the brain body food re-set that I’m about to give you and I’d dropped a dress size. One more week into exploring the clear signals that my body is giving me about what’s right FOR ME and what’s not, in any given moment and I’d dropped a bra size. THREE more weeks of that exploring, even stuffing up occasionally and the difference is in those two photos at the six week mark. I hadn’t realized myself how dramatic it was until I saw these two photos side by side. My skin is shrinking with the weight loss and at 68 years old I clearly look 10 years younger.
My body and mind are … I’d say re-connected, but I don’t ever remember feeling like this even as a child, so I’ll stick with saying that my body and mind are connected for the first time in my memory. My energy levels have gone up dramatically.
My body is healing better, my muscles are developing again easily. Holy snappin’ turtles did you hear that? My muscles are coming back!
My taste buds are popping, food tastes extraordinary often – not all the time, but often. I crave the things that I really need and mannn when I satisfy that craving… the taste of it is just magnificent. Some of those things you would NEVER see on a diet list. I find myself chewing food slowly to savor it just because it tastes gorgeous and feels good, not because someone told me that was a good thing to do. I smiled when I noticed that chewing slowly thing, because my grandmother used to say “chew your food properly dear and you won’t want so much of it”. Both my grandmothers struggled with their weight.

So what do YOU want from this program?
