For sensitive tummies, you’ll want to have lined the gut with bone broth and have a stomach that is comfortable before you do happy stomach bacteria and before you do a brain-body re-set. If you don’t like the things on the happy stomach bacteria list then then there’ll be good reason for that – it’s probably because your gut needs lining with bone broth first. 🙂
