At some stage in following my Inner Guidance system to reveal all the threads of a “problem”, I find myself applying the Paradox to pretty much everything – I get curious about the rightness behind the wrongness of whatever’s happening. I do that because being in harmony with that incredibly powerful energy not only brings me peacefulness with bursts of outright joy, it also brings to me and others exactly what’s needed in the circumstances – whether that’s change or creating something new, or healing, or understanding of ourselves and another. It brings me whatever is needed and I feel good while that’s unfolding.
So if you’re suffering from burnout or if you’re concerned about a loved one who’s suffering from burnout – can you get curious about whether there could be a rightness behind the utter wrongness that’s happening here?
And if the wrongness is just so wrong that you can’t think that it’s even possible for there to be a rightness behind it – IF such a rightness were to exist, would you want to know what it was? Can you be curious if that’s even possible?
