For up to 30 days (or less if you experience the change you’re looking for earlier), you could spend some dedicated amount of time in your day, aware of what’s going on inside your bodies and wishing yourself happiness:
- Noticing all the feelings that come up while you’re doing that,
- Being smilingly curious about all those feelings,
- Open to the idea that they may be a communication for or about someone else,
- Knowing that some of these feelings will be intensified by old buried ones that are irrelevant now and some will be relevant and simply noticing and feeling into those irrelevant ones can be all that’s needed to release them,
- Being willing to notice the rightness behind any wrongness should that exist.
- And allowing all of that knowing to flow in whatever the perfect time is, now or later.
