Did I “gotcha” with another version of that struggling diagram again? When Mental Feel is part of our natural talent, we can use the imagination and problem solving ability to move through a change place easily or we can get stuck in our and someone else’s worries and negativity and catastrophizing imagination, going round and round in circles struggling unnecessarily.
Are you filled with holyshitcouldthatreallybetrues about “could it really that easy to change the struggling stuff?” Are you getting more curious about “could it really be that darned easy to change those things that we care so much about and to joyfully create something different?”
Worrying and a catastrophizing imagination are not only guidance about our own stuff, they are also wonderful guidance on what we have to know or do for or about someone else, in order for us to change something of our own that we care so much about – whether that’s something as big as the state of the oceans, or as small (or big) as a neighborhood conflict, dealing with a pain in the butt workmate, caring about a loved one or solving a problem with a bug eating the vegies in the garden.
We’ve talked about this in the other ways of feeling – the guidance itself is perfect. The message is perfect. It’s being stuck in the worries or stuck in a catastrophizing imagination or stuck with our mind running at 100 miles an hour, that causes us to go round and round in circles and think that this manifesting stuff is impossible and throw up our hands thinking that it’s beyond our power to change something.
You are going to be awed at what we can change and the influence that we can have when we pay attention to how we are experiencing the thoughts and ideas, imagination and visions of our mental connection with others.
Next page is one of our experiences to start changing this “stuck in mental overwhelm”.
