Are you surprised at me seeing good value in doubt AND spiders? Maybe you’re not surprised at all, since it must be clear by now that every feeling has value.
I have experienced doubt that, when I looked at it without fear, gave me new knowledge, a new direction and expansive peacefulness.
The trouble with doubt is that I can INSPIRE you with that story one day, but you’ll need to know this one all the way to your bones for it to be useful to you when your own crap hits the fan.
So next time you feel doubt – smile a little and get curious about it. Is it the shake up for you that it was for me? Is there potential for new ways of thinking and/or new ways of doing things, for you too?
The one thing we don’t want to be doing, is getting stuck in it and going round and round like in that struggling diagram.
And check it out – is it all your doubt anyway? Or is there something for YOU to know or do, for or about someone else?
Photo: Do spiders think and have emotions and feelings? Too right they do – it’s probably their fear that you’re feeling. I’ve felt their joy too. And if you doubt that, then just remember that doubt also stops us from thinking we know it all already… Ha!
And extra spider information – did you know that when you drop them from a height, you can break their leg/s? No wonder they’re scared of us.
