Old falls from your horse often create a tension in your body that gets in the way of beautiful riding AND relaxed and happy riding too.
I have noticed in my classes – both on line and in person, that riders don’t realise how much tension they carry in their body until they are not carrying it any more – and this tension is not useful in our quest to be a good rider and it gets in the road of a deeper sense of happiness when we are riding our horse.
When we are in a state of fear when we get a blow to our body (exactly the kind of thing that happens when we fall off our horse) then we get what I call a “fright imprint”.
It’s like this state of unresolved tension in our bodies – kind of like our bodies are tense in case of another impact. And THOSE tensions are cumulative just like our other fears – the tension from each fall adding on to the next.
This cumulative tension, when there is enough of it, tends to ATTRACT the next fall. (You attract what you are afraid of and the tension you carry makes another fall more likely too.) This is how people come to be accident prone – and you can change that.
This locked in state of tension is the reason that many older riders have recurring back pain. And that is why so many riders have this back pain treated and it darn well keeps on coming back.
We have this brilliant lesson in the on line course Fast track to Brilliant Riding that releases the fright imprints from old falls. People are reporting phenomenal success and huge changes to their riding after releasing that tension.
I have been helping people release those fright imprints for a long time in my work as a “healer”, but I am sooo… excited about this class exercise because I have found a way to help vast numbers of people release that fright imprint at the same time. Woohoo!
Crikey – I don’t know how often you visit a masseur or a chiropractor – but I know people who could have saved the cost of this course in just weeks! And this exercise is only the tiniest part of the value of the course – It’s filled with healing for you and your horse while attending to all kinds of very practical issues.
I thought about giving you the exercise in that lesson as a freebie, but I think I would be doing you and your horse a disservice – number one because you will not be prepared so effectively by the earlier lessons, so that might reduce the effectiveness of the exercise and number two because if THIS lesson makes you think harder about the on-line course Fast Track, then you and your horse will thank me for that later.
So there! (Laughing a little here.) You can go and have a look at the phenomenal value of what you get in Fast Track by clicking here. And crikey – you’ve got a money back guarantee!
p.s. When I added the photo of that nasty fall, I noticed that I actually felt tension when I looked at the photo. I know it’s a sickening photo, for me I think it’s because the horse is falling too – but that tension tells me that I had better go do that exercise myself – I think I might have missed an old fright imprint of my own!

Jenny, Yesterday I signed up for your course From your Horses Heart. In my info I should have said that I an 68 and decided to get horses again before it definitely was too late just two years ago after 35 years of no horses. Last year I had a fall that resulted in a concussion and broken ribs along with many horrible bruises. I think I am going to really benefit from your releasing fears info. Looking forward to your course.

Welcome to the course Margaret. It’s a pain, but the ground gets harder every year doesn’t it? And I am not making light of a fall – it’s a seriously crappy business! TReleasing the fright imprint is a HUGE beautiful release, but oh my goodness there is so much more. Unless it was pure accident (quite rare) you are getting at the reason that you fell in the first place too – which is even more re-assuring… And allows us to get back to enjoying our horses…

This lesson itself is worth the price of the course!
Having had too many falls to count over the years and I certainally would never let them worry me I thought.
But now after releasing all fright imprints I can sit calmly instead of tensing up for that split second when a horse shies suddenly even if I’m not expecting it either. So if you ever get that split second flash of fear when a horse shies or bucks you will love the connection you can keep with your horse once the fright imprint is gone.
This also helps my driving after having one from a car crash years ago too. Thanks again Jenny

Well 🙂 – releasing the car fright imprint was an unexpected side effect of the fright imprint exercise on my part, Sandra . But when I look at it – I see that I DID say about releasing all other fright imprints and yes, that DOES mean more than horse falls! A little bit of divine guidance I would say…
