Why is our inner guidance system and our connection to others, for use on our “unique life path, unique journey and unique Feel” such a big deal?
It’s because we can’t LEARN how to access the part of our brain that is The Einstein Factor, we can only EXPERIENCE it. We can’t LEARN how to access that same part of our mind, body, spirit that is our connection to something greater than us, our connection to All That Is, our connection to the divine in us and in everything else, we can only EXPERIENCE it.
It’s because all these things that make up who we are at any given moment are so different – that even if we were all to want exactly the same thing – we would all find a completely different way to get there. So we can’t LEARN it from somebody else.
You can BE INSPIRED by someone else’s way of doing it, or by their life path – but you can’t LEARN it from them.
This is why you’ll notice me constantly drawing you to look at YOUR OWN beliefs; to determine the Truth of them or not, to look beyond what’s happening, for YOUR OWN bigger picture; to feel into YOUR OWN Feel; to notice what it is that YOU have to know or do in order to reach what you want.
What you want from this clinic is just a process to learn how to access the conflict resolving, creative problem solving of The Einstein Factor whenever and wherever you want to apply it.
This is why our method to get to what you’re looking for from this clinic, is to draw your attention to YOUR OWN Feel, YOUR OWN wants and desires and goals, YOUR OWN life path and YOUR OWN journey and YOUR OWN way of getting there.
That’s why you’ll notice me / us using OUR Feel, to notice and draw to your attention things you may not have noticed yet, that are part of your own way of getting what you’re looking for.
Here’s a bit more about the things that lead up to our experience in any given moment:
Beliefs. The power of our beliefs are beyond measuring – sometimes it’s a Truth that propels us in the right direction, sometimes it’s simply something we were told that isn’t actually true at all. Often our Feel, or that early warning signal that something is Not Quite Right – when we ask ourselves “what do I need to know or do about what I am feeling?” then the answer will often lead us to a belief that actually isn’t true.
MY beliefs, or anyone else’s beliefs, no matter how appealing or inspiring even, aren’t worth anything at all when the crap hits the fan in your own life or for someone you love or around something that you’re passionate about. Finding out and Feeling the Truth of something for ourselves becomes a secure foundation that underpins our lives when that crap hits the fan.
Karma. Karma to me is the opportunity to do it better this time – no blame, no judgement, just a loving, benign opportunity given to us by the divine, to do whatever it is differently this time. This is such a big deal that’s no doubt one of the things we’ll be leading you to figure out the Truth of or not for yourself. 🙂
Values. Values are about what’s important to us. We form our values in many ways – societal influences and pressures, what we learn from our parents, our life experiences of lack or abundance or trauma. Some of the things that have to change in order for us to get what we want – from this clinic and from life itself – are going to mean re-assessing what’s important FOR US. It’s worth keeping your eye out! 🙂
Traumas. Traumas have such a powerful effect on forming our neural pathways and thus have a powerful effect on the auto pilot reactions we go into when we’re under pressure AND it contributes to the personality that we develop throughout our lives.
Gabor Mate says of trauma that it’s not the experience of trauma that is damaging, but being alone with the trauma. That fits with my experience of supporting people to experience trauma differently so that it ADDS to their lives. That’s another one of those things that we need to look for the Truth of – or not – for ourselves. Is it true – or not – that trauma can ADD to our lives? There’s no need to ask yourself this question now, it will come up during the clinic. If that comes up for any of you outside the clinic, we’ve got your back, so just shout out to myself or Caroline or Sandra.
Genetic predispositions. Genetic predispositions aren’t only the health issues that you think of when you think about genetics, they also apply to feelings as well – like being predisposed to feeling fear or anger or even grief more intensely. In my case I had a genetic predisposition to disconnection – go figure that I should spend my life teaching people connection! 🙂 My own experience is an example of how, just because we’re genetically predisposed to something, it doesn’t mean that we have to go there. Again, we can look at how our “negative” genetic predispositions ADD to our lives and our opportunity to do it better this time.
Life experiences. Neural pathways in the brain can be formed by even the simple things that happen or by our reaction to something somebody said when we were in a vulnerable moment. Just think of ALL those life experiences adding up to the totality of how we are experiencing life in THIS moment? If we’re not happy with how we are experiencing life in THIS moment – if its not useful in terms of achieving what we want to achieve or doing what we want to do or having what we want to have – then we can Feel into our inner guidance system and change that experience. Oooo that brings me shivers of excitement!
The things we’ve learned – Knowledge can be useful and not useful. That made me snort with laughter – that’s one of my classic Aussie understatements! Knowledge acquired from OUTSIDE of ourselves can be the source of limiting ourselves. And that’s another Aussie understatement. Someone else’s knowledge is one of the things that can inspire us, but if we really want to use it, the knowledge has to become our own and that can only come from the inside of us.
Some of these things that have to change in order for us to have what we want in this clinic and in life generally, will be about noticing ways in which we have been limiting ourselves with other people’s knowledge. Far out, read that again, because it’s BIIGGG! In fact it’s freaking HUGE! lol!
Our personality. I used to think that our personality was something we were born with. Not so, although our genetic predispositions do play their part. If there’s something about how we behave or react under pressure that doesn’t fit with who we want to be, then we can relax, because it’s not set in cement.
Our Inner Guidance System. That’s the five ways of feeling that we keep drawing your attention to – Physical feel, Mental feel, Emotional Feel, Energy Feel, Heart Feel. As we get better at noticing ALL the different ways in which we experience our inner guidance system and appreciate our own unique talents and strengths and as we Feel our way through all of those things on this list, then we feel that Sixth Feel – which kind of integrates all those ways of feeling into our connection with the divine. Which is always there even in our early feelings, but I can only explain it as “it gets more expansive”. It’s kind of like the yumminess of the ahhaaa moment just keeps on keeping on.
Our connection to others. All the ways in which we experience our connection to others through our inner guidance system (Physical Feel, Mental Feel, Emotional Feel, Energy Feel, Heart Feel) are just guiding us to the inter-connectedness of what WE want and what THEY want. It’s about what WE’re manifesting in harmony with The Universe.
What do WE need to know or do for or about these people whose stuff we are feeling? Whether we’ve jumped in their whirlpool (here’s a lesson from one of our horse programs if you haven’t hear me talk about that before), whether we’re surrogating for another, taking away someone’s responsibility for their own stuff, being psychically attacked by someone, having our energy drained by someone else – the operative word is still WE. What do WE need to know or do for or about someone else? When we figure that out – pffft! the reason for the message has been achieved and the feeling and is gone and the symptoms that came from that stress and tension can start to heal – sometimes quite dramatically.
The psychic attack just flows over us leaving nothing but the understanding behind, the draining is non-existent, we’ve seen what had us jumping in someone’s whirlpool, we’ve found the Truth behind a belief and so on.
When we feel someone else’s stuff, the answers to the simple question “What do I need to KNOW or DO – FOR or ABOUT them?” brings us the answer/s that solve ALL of those feelings AND solves them in such a way that deepens our understanding of, and thus our compassion for others, facilitates us reaching our own goals and solves the problems of the world.
