On this week 4 Sunday, we had a recording failure at the end. Sandra managed to capture most of it on her phone, so here’s the rest!
And here’s the alternate recording for that.
Recording of our last session 20 October 2021 – meditation for our amplified field.
And here’s the alternate recording for our final call.

There’s two reasons I can think of, off the top of my head, for people as advanced as you to go back to this lesson:
1. When you’re in overwhelm, it can be useful to notice the OTHER ways in which you are Feeling – i.e. opening up TO ALL the ways that you are Feeling, so that you can flow through your own resistance. In other words, to deliberately DEEPEN and EXPAND your observation of ALL the ways that you are feeling this overwhelm.
For example, if you were overwhelmed by emotions, you could explore noticing the Physical Feelings or the Energy Feelings or what your Heart feels like, or the thoughts and idea or visions of your Mental Feel. Or if you were overwhelmed by the Physical, you could expand your attention to the Emotional, or Mental, or Energetic or Heart. I say “explore” because there are no rules here and you guessed it, you’ll all be unique! Or maybe you can expand into all five ways of feeling at the same time. Or go straight to the Sixth, your connection to the divine?
2. When you’re working with other people, even maybe later teaching others in your own field, you REALLY want to be very clear on all the different ways in which THEY can experience their Inner Guidance system.
When we’re feeling other’s stuff – a diagram that may give a different perspective on why we feel other being’s stuff.
The three miraculous life systems and how they work.
Let’s talk about ME’ness – all the things that make us so utterly unique and why we can’t LEARN this stuff, but have to EXPERIENCE it.
The yin yang symbol as an expression of the integration of our brain.
The Wetlands Model of any and every kind of sustainability, whether that’s environmental sustainability, business sustainability, relationship sustainability – love, money, happiness.
The phenomenon of Escalating Upsets – the password to this page is… love. When we don’t recognize how we experience our connection with others, when we don’t like how we feel and thus ignore it and suppress the feelings. then conflict happens and wonderful opportunities are lost. There’s a brilliant diagram on this page that explains how upsets escalate when we suppress our feelings.
The philosophy of Change Places – the role of change places and our feelings in manifesting.
The Comfort Zone Model as it relates to the heart of the paradox.
Jenny’s Magic Questions as they relate to the Paradox. Those of you here in this clinic are beyond asking yourselves these questions, but they are good to have tucked into the back of your mind and are a great way to explain things to people who are new to the concepts.
Feeling sorry for someone usefully This is a SUPER and real life story. Getting stuck in feeling sorry for someone is an Escalating Upset – where we have a high risk of escalating them to get stuck in feeling sorry for themselves.
The messages of the emotions – ALL of our Feelings are messages from our soul, not just the emotions.
Narel’s story of her Heart Feel – actually the story is a classic case of The Einstein Factor’s conflict resolution without compromise in action!
The torus in action that I was talking about on our last Sunday – this is a page that I wrote for the Practical Happiness program a few years ago. The Wetlands Model further up the page is an example of the torus in action.
