If you’re ill or depressed, you’re not on your lonesome. We want to put some support systems in place to nurture you throughout this book and beyond – because this is one of the things that I personally CARE about.
So email me and tell me if you’re sick or injured or feeling crappy n’ old, if you’ve been suffering from depression, or are consumed with panic attacks, numbness, despair, sadness, exhaustion or any other crap, including suffering from suicidal thoughts.
I don’t need to know the ins and outs of your story, though you’re welcome to tell me if you want – I’ll set up all the love and energetic support that we can provide you, within the limitations of this book.
Because we’re at the other end of a computer and email – we want to make sure that you have physical support in your own physical environment too.
So if you’re ill or depressed, give me the name of a friend or family member who already loves and supports you – and their email address – so that I can gift them with this book too.
I’m doing that because it will be nice to have someone you can talk to, who knows how we’re working and where you’re coming from and who can physically turn up with the chicken soup (you’ll hear more about that later!)
Today’s photo: Things can get turned upside down with serious illness and depression – you can look forward to tipping them right side up. 🙂 A lovely Marie Richards photo from New Zealand.
